Equipment or items left in front of emergency exits at the wrong time can be a hazard to your staff and customers and lead to costly fines. OSHA has recently been cracking down on businesses that consistently have issues with leaving objects in front of emergency exit doors. The professional services team at Axis Communications has developed an ACAP that takes care of the need to constantly be on alert for blocked exits. Instead, the application looks for objects in front of doors (regions of interest) and sends an automated alert to the right staff or area via a speaker and mobile notification.
