The State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) has closed for FY 2024. This grant is an annual appropriation and we anticipate it to open again in Spring 2025.

The State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) is a core assistance program that provides funds to build security capabilities at the state, local, tribal, and territorial levels. The program is tailored to enhance our national resilience to absorb disruptions and rapidly recover from incidents both natural and manmade as well as to implement the goals and objectives included in state homeland security strategies. This is a great opportunity for customers to harden and enhance their security apparatus.
