Two free days of  instructor-led standard training-Industry-recognized training from the Axis Communications Academy provides students with a deep understanding of the latest Axis solutions, technology, and trends. These courses build competencies and put new skills into practice. Standard training includes Network Video Fundamentals and the associated Axis Certified Professional exam (2 days), AXIS Camera Station Essentials (1 day), Axis Network Audio Essentials (1 day), AXIS Camera Station Secure Entry Essentials (1 day), and 2N Essentials (1 day). This benefit is good for one person to attend a two-day training or for two people to attend a single day of training each.

Sneak peek at the three-month Axis technology roadmap-The Solutions Management and Services department periodically provides presentations to introduce people to new Axis technologies in development. This sneak peek presentation, only offered to Alliance members, is highly anticipated. It offers a glimpse at new products and solutions that will be available one to three months out. The roadmap presentation is also an opportunity for you to offer product feedback and input for future development.

Alliance VIP Experience at Immerse-Unlock exclusive perks and receive recognition with the Alliance VIP Experience at Immerse. As our marquee annual gathering for Axis customers, Immerse provides opportunities for you to learn from peers, create meaningful connections with other security industry professionals, and receive a deeper look into Axis solutions and strategies. Customer Story: Mall of America

Will Bernhjelm, Vice President Security 

Public safety is a priority for Mall of America. They are committed to a multi-layered security approach which includes the strategic implementation of advanced network camera technology by Axis. Even in challenging light conditions the Mall is able to capture high-definition video. The addition of body worn cameras with built-in audio further enhance their security measures and fosters accountability. Customer Story: Lee Health

Robert Sherwood, (Fmr.) Director of Public Safety Technology

Lee Health manages five acute care facilities and more than 90 non-acute locations. They use cutting-edge technology to ensure patient safety, maintain a secure environment, decrease workplace violence, and provide emergency response during crises. Their centralized dispatch center, video monitoring, Hugs system, and orange banding program, work together to ensure the safety of everyone system-wide. Customer Story: Aisle 24

John Douang, Co-Founder & CEO

Aisle 24 is a chain of cashierless markets in Canada. Given the nature of their business model, the co-founders knew they would need a comprehensive video surveillance system that could be integrated with access control. They chose the Axis product line as the best option for network cameras, speakers, and intercoms because of its' open platform that would enable the retailer to integrate new capabilities as needed. Process

It starts with developing a customer story! What is the process?

  1. State your interest: After expressing your desire to share your story, the Customer Advocacy Program (CAP) Specialist will follow up with you directly.
  2. Sign agreement form: Your signature on the agreement provides Axis Communications permission to use the customer story for sales and marketing initiatives after you provide final approval.
  3. Writing and development: The CAP Specialist will work with you to schedule a one-hour phone interview and then the draft is written, edited, designed and approved using high-resolution logos and photos that you provide.
  4. Promotional activity: Upon final approval, your story is published on Axis.com and promoted through our communication channels, industry partners and applicable publications.
  5. Additional opportunities: As new advocacy opportunities come up that align with your story, the CAP Specialist will communicate with you. These may include video production, press releases, industry awards, research and development opportunities, editorial thought leadership, speaking and training opportunities, and more.
